All the products on www.studionirjara.com are made to order and can not be exchanged. We do not provide refund on the goods sold on www.studionirjara.com

Goods once sold through the website can only be exchanged for replacement if they meet our terms and conditions.

All our pieces are thoroughly checked several times before being dispatched, however if the product received by you and is faulty or damaged please let us know via email within 48 hours of receiving the product. Any pictures attached would speed up the process. 

We shall remedy the fault to our fullest capacity. In case, we are unable to fix the damage, we shall replace the damaged piece.

Replacement/Alterations :

* You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery of the product. Please send us an email to studionirjara@gmail.com with your order no. and attach an image of the piece purchased and the reason for exchange. You will hear from us within 24 hours after we receive the mail.

Once you hear back from us, and we agree on the replacement, please ship out the piece to the following address :

* Products eligible for replacement should reach back to us within 7 days of delivery.

Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. Item(s) which show signs of wear and/or being worn before will not be eligible for exchanges. We would require all original papers/bills to be returned with the product. www.studionirjara.com reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any replacement. As a company policy, we do not provide a refund on any product sold.

* Product replacement will take the same delivery time of the original product or the exchanged product. 

* www.studionirjara.com is not responsible for shipping costs that may incur regarding the return of a product.

* Please note that www.studionirjara.com will not refund any additional duties, taxes, or any additional charges, that may incur.

* The cost of shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you. When we deliver your corrected pair, we will take care of the shipping. Liability of this courier is on you. Any loss or damage of couriers sent by you for exchange will not be our responsibility. 

 

The products bought on discount are not eligible for refund or replacement.
